The Trap Field officially opens for the season starting on Sunday, March 12, 2017, at 1pm. Public Trap at LSC is open, weather-permitting, at the following times:

• Sundays at 1pm
• Wednesdays at 10am

The Trap Committee also occasionally opens the field at other times. To be notified of these additional opportunities to shoot, send a message to trap@lowellsc.org and you will be added to the Trap Field email notification list.

These times are a great way to try out trap if you’ve never shot before, and the range officer on duty is always willing to give explanations or instruction to new shooters. It’s also a good time to meet members of LSC’s Greater Lowell Trap League teams – if you’re interested in joining one of the teams, come out to the field and let us know!

Please Note: the Skeet Field is also open Sundays at 1pm and Wednesdays at 10am (and Thursdays at 6:30 in the summer).
