LSC on Chronicle WCVB-TV

In case you missed it, the Lowell Sportsmen’s Club was featured on a recent segment of Chronicle on WCVB-TV Channel 5. It’s now available to watch online, after originally airing Monday night, December 14, 2020 at 7:30pm.

The show covers stress-busting during the pandemic, and came to the Lowell Sportsmen’s Club to highlight trap and skeet shooting. As we members know, shooting in general is a great way to relax and have fun with friends, but breaking clays adds extra satisfaction.

2020 has been a long year, and although a vaccine is almost here for all of us, everyone still needs ways to safely get out of the house and get your mind off of things for awhile. Trap shooters are naturally distanced by the shooting stations, outdoors in the fresh air, and smiling more and more with each broken clay.

Members of the club hosted Chronicle producers, explained how trap and skeet are played, and coached them through breaking some targets. Be sure to watch the episode – and get down to the club on Sundays at 1pm or Wednesdays at 10:30am and shoot!
